Rochester native Zach Nersinger joined the Golden Flyers women's soccer staff in 2018 as a part-time assistant coach.
Nersinger grew up in Greece, N.Y. and earned undergraduate and graduate degrees from SUNY Binghamton, where he also worked as a graduate assistant in Campus Recreation Services.
The bulk of Nersinger's soccer coaching experience comes with the Empire United Soccer Academy, where he has worked as a youth coach since 2007. He also works as a Town Planner for the Town of Penfield.
His Bachelor of Arts degree from Binghamton is in Environmental Planning and Environmental Studies. His Master's degree is in Geography, Urban and Retail Planning. He holds first aid certification through the American Red Cross and an 'E' license through U.S. Soccer.
