2010: Cignarale played in 15 games as a defender and contributed 13 ground balls...

2009: played in 16 games in 2009 and contributed two goals... scored both goals in a 20-9 victory at Elmira 4/10/09...

Scholastic: a graduate of Rome Free Academy, Cignarale played two seasons of varsity lacrosse and earned the Kitty Briggs Award and Coaches’ Award... Cignarale was also team captain during the 2008 season... also a member of National Honor Society and the Student Association Vice President.
