Nazareth College Athletics

Daughter of David and Julie Seither, Palmyra, N.Y... returning for her fourth season after appearing in 1 game as a junior before missing the rest of the season due to injury...  earned IWLCA Honor Roll recognition for at least a 3.50 grade point average... represented the Golden Flyers on the Empire 8 Conference Presidents' List for student-athletes with GPAs of 3.75 and above in both the fall 2023 and spring 2024 semesters. 

2023: appeared in all 18 games and started 14 including each of the final 13 games of the season … finished with 17 points on 11 goals and six assists … scored twice in a game three consecutive games against Utica, Alfred and Medaille … had her biggest offensive outburst against Medaille with two goals and four assists for six points in the 18-14 victory … also contributed 29 ground balls, 15 caused turnovers and 14 draw controls … against Russell Sage, she had three ground balls, a caused turnover and two draw controls … had six ground balls and three caused turnovers in the season opener against Rochester … was an Empire 8 President’s List honoree (3.75 gpa or higher) for the fall 2022 semester and spring 2023 semester. 

2022: played in six games in 2022 … finished the season with three points on two goals and an assist … scored her first career goal in the 19-4 win over Alfred and added a goal in the 20-3 victory over Keuka.

Scholastic: a graduate of Palmyra-Macedon High School, Seither competed there in soccer, basketball and lacrosse there... played four seasons of varsity lacrosse and was a three-time Finger Lakes League all-star as a midfielder... also earned first-team all-league honors in soccer and basketball... helped lacrosse team to Section Five titles in 2018 and 2019, soccer team in 2018 and basketball team in 2021... represented the Golden Flyers in the fall of 2021 on the Empire 8 Presidents' List for student-athletes with GPAs of 3.75 or better.
