Nazareth College Athletics

Communication Sciences and Disorders major… born 7/11/97… daughter of Dave and Ann Miller, Wilmington, N.Y… returning for her third cross country season,  Miller posted a top 6k time of 23:45.7 at the NCAA Division III Atlantic Region Championships on 11/12/16 to place 138th ... posted top 5k time of 20:42.60 at the Harry F. Anderson Invite on 9/24/16 for 80th place.

2015: Miller ran three races in 2015 and had a 5k time of 20:27.6 at the RPI Invitational at Saratoga.

Track and Field: competed during the indoor and outdoor seasons ... posted personal-best indoor times of 2:47.03 in the 800, 11:44.87 in the 3,000 and 19:58.41 in the 5,000 ... ran 44:32.09 in the 10,000 meter run on 4/9/17 at the Naz/Roc City Classic to take seventh place.

2015-16: competed during the indoor and outdoor season... top indoor times included 5:50.50 in the mile, 12:03.40 in the 3,000-mter run and 20:14.00 in the 5,000-meter run... top outdoor times were 5:17.04 in the 1,500-meter run and 20:27.44 in the 5,000-meter run.

Scholastic: a graduate of Lake Placid High School, Miller was a member of the cross country, track and field and Nordic ski teams… earned Champlain Valley Athletic Conference all-star honors in 2014 for cross country and competed in the state meet… helped Nordic ski team to Section 10 and state titles and was part of skate relay team that won state title… in track competed on the 4 x 800-meter relay team that set a school record while winning Section 10 title…. Recipient of CVAC John J. Herbert All-Academic Award… earned several scholarship awards, including Nazareth Campus Diversity Scholarship, Nash Williams Scholarship and Lake Placid Youth Athletic Association Scholarship.
