Biography
2024-25 // SOPHOMORE
- Competed in 13 track & field meets across the indoor and outdoor seasons
- Posted five top-10 finishes across multiple events
- Notched a personal-best 5000 time of 19:40.41 at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic for fifth place
- Competed in six cross country events as a sophomore
- Ran a 24:22.0 6K time at the 2024 Empire 8 Cross Country Championships for 50th place
- Finished 90th at the NCAA Division III Niagara Region Cross Country Championships with a 6k time of 25:12.9
2023-24 // FRESHMAN
- Competed regularly for the Golden Flyers in her freshman debut
- At the Empire 8 Indoor Championship meet, Pospiech took 7th in the mile with a time of 5:35.30, and 9th in the 3000 with a time of 11:12.37
- At the Empire 8 Outdoor Championship meet, she was part of the 2nd place 4x800 relay with a total time of 9:50.97 and also took 13th in the 5000 with a time of 19:49.35
- Ran in five events in her first season including the 800 (PR 2:30.55), the 1500 (PR 5:07.35), the mile (PR 5:33.36), the 3000 (PR 11:11.19), and the 5000 (PR 19:43.84)
- Empire 8 Second-Team honoree for 4x800 relay
- Ran in all seven events as a freshman
- Clocked a season and career-best 6K time of 23:17.8 to place 17th overall at the Empire 8 Championships to earn Third Team All-Empire 8 honors
- Also ran at the Niagara Region Championship event and placed 77th overall in 24:12.8.
HIGH SCHOOL
- Graduate of Fairport High School
- Ran cross country and for the track and field team
- Team won league and sectional championships in her senior year
