Nazareth College Athletics

Nursing and Public Health major... daughter of Earl and Lisa Decker, Canandaigua, N.Y... returning for her second cross country season, Decker improved steadily in 2021 and finished 25th at the Empire 8 Championship meet at Washington County Fairgrounds with a 6k time of 24:50.8... continued to shine for the Golden Flyers during the indoor and outdoor track and field teams in 2022... won the E8 title in the 800-meter run indoors (2:21.91) for the second year in a row and also won the same event outdoors (2:22.63)... personal-best 800 time of 2:17.96 came at the ROC City Final Qualifier at Nazareth on 5/15/22... also part of conference outdoor title in the 4 x 800-meter relay (9:56.11) and finished second in the 1,500-meter run (5:00.20) and the 4 x 400-meter relay (4:04.99)... had a personal-best time of 4:47.25 in the 1,500m outdoors at Geneseo on 4/1/22.. finished 14th in the 800 (2:18.91) at the All-Atlantic Regional meet at Moravian, Pa. on 5/19/22.

2020-21: Decker excelled for the Golden Flyers during the indoor and outdoor track and field seasons in 2021... captured E8 indoor titles in the 800-meter run (2:25.30) and the 4 x 400-meter relay (4:16.49) to help the Golden Flyers to a runner-up finish... had season-best times of 2:21.15 in the 800 and 1:00.63 in the 400 during the outdoor season... part of 4 x 400-meter relay that captured the E8 outdoor title (4:09.64) and also finished second in the 800 (2:23.56)... competed in the All-Atlantic Regional meet at St. John Fisher and ran 13th in the 800 (2:23.22) and seventh in the 4 x 400-meter relay (4:04.07).

2019-20: Decker competed during the indoor track season in 2020 and top performances included :29.35 in the 200-meter dash, :44.75 in the 300-meter dash, 1:03.45 in the 400-meter dash and 1:27.83 in the 500... outdoor season canceled due to the COVID-10 pandemic.

Scholastic: a transfer to Nazareth from Finger Lakes Community College, Decker is a 2017 graduate of Eastridge High School, where she competed in track and cross country.
