Communication Sciences and Disorders major... born 7/4/96... daughter of Mark and Maria Ludington, Webster, N.Y... returning for her fourth cross country season, Ludington had a top 6k time of 23:08.5 at the NCAA Division III Atlantic Regional Championships on 11/12/16 to finish 99th ... finished 12th at the Empire 8 meet on 10/29/16 with a 5k time of 19:29.6. 
 
2015: Ludington in 2015 finished 39th at the Empire 8 Conference Championships with a time of 20:39.2 over the 5k course at Houghton... also finished 158th with a 6-kilometer time of 25:31.1 at the NCAA Atlantic Regional race at Letchworth State Park.

2014: Ludington in 2014 placed 58th at the Empire 8 Conference meet with a three-mile time of 21:40.5 at Saratoga State Park... ran 25:19.3 for 6 kilometers at the Geneseo Invitational at Letchworth State Park on 10/4/14.

Track and Field: competed on both the indoor and outdoor track and field teams in 2016-17 ... posted two top indoor times at the Golden Eagle Invite on 1/27/17, running a 5:33.40 in the mile and a 2:35.58 in the 800 ... clocked top time of 11:01.75 at the NYSCTC Indoor meet to finish 13th in the 3,000-meter run ... ripped off top outdoor time of 18:41.93 in the 5000 at the NYSCTC Outdoor Track and Field Championships on 5/5/17 to take eighth place.

2016: competed for both the indoor and outdoor track and field teams in 2016 … ran 5:44.21 in the mile at the Ithaca Invitational on 2/6/16 … clocked a 11:47.45 in the 3,000-meter run at the RIT Tiger Invitational... during the outdoor season, managed a career-best 5:01.66 in the 1,500-mter run at the Greyound Invitational... best 5,000-meter time came at the NYSCTC Championships (18:57.39).

2015: competed during the 2015 indoor and outdoor seasons and top indoor times were 6:05.07 in the mile, 12:59.59 in the 3,000-meter run and 21:26.42 in the 5,000-meter run... top outdoor times included 5:33.94 in the 1,500-meter run and 21:19.04 in the 5,000-meter run.

Scholastic: a graduate of Webster Schroeder High School, Ludington was a member of the cross country and track teams... recipient of Webster Athletic Booster Organization Award and Music Athlete Award... member of National Honor Society and French Honor Society.
