Nursing major . . . born 11/18/92 . . . daughter of E. James and Tamara Worthington, Byron, N.Y. . . a 2010 graduate of Byron-Bergen, Worthington competed in five years of varsity cross country, indoor track, and outdoor track . . . was captain of all three teams . . . she was a 2005-09 Genesee Region League All-Star, earned Most Valuable Runner, Most Improved Runner and Most Respected Runner, received the Tri-Athlete Award and the Scholar Athlete Award . . . helped the cross country team in becoming the 2008 Sectional Champions, and 2009 & 2006 Genesee Region League Champions . . . she also received a Nazareth College Presidential Scholarship.
