Nursing major... daughter of William and Linda Anagnostopulos, Altamont, N.Y... returning for her fourth cross country season, Anagnostopulos finished 34th for the Golden Flyers at the 2021 Empire 8 Conference meet with a 6k time of 25:50.0 on 10/30/21... had a career-best 6k time of 25:49.5 at Lehigh Invitational on 10/1/21... also ran 21:32.1 for 5 kilometers at the Canisius Alumni Classic on 10/16/21... competed for the Golden Flyers' indoor and outdoor track and field teams in 2022 and finished third in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (12:46.97) ate E8 outdoor meet on 5/6/22... ran on the distance medley relay team that finished third (13:33.82) at the E8 indoor meet on 2/25/22.

2020-21: Anagnostopulos ran in both cross country races in the spring of 2021 and finished 26th at the Empire 8 Conference meet at Houghton on 4/9/21 with a 5k time of 22:03.9... also placed 15th at St. John Fisher's Rodenbeck Invitational (17:28.5 for 4 kilometers)... competed for the Golden Flyers' track and field teams and top times included 12:25.88 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase, 2:30.23 in the 800-meter run and 1:09.23 in the 400... represented the Golden Flyers on the E8 Presidents' List for student-athletes with GPAs of 3.75 and above.

2019-20: Anagnostopulos competed regularly for the Golden Flyers in 2019 and finished 34th at the Empire 8 Conference at St. John Fisher on 11/2/19 with a 6-kilometer time of 26:29.3... best 6k time of 25:50.5 came at Houghton's Highlander Invitational on 10/5/19... competed for the Golden Flyers indoor track team and ran 2:33.26 for 800 meters and 3:19.89 for 1,000 meters... outdoor season was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Scholastic: a graduate of Guilderland High School, Anagnostopulos competed in cross country and track there... competed in the steeplechase as well as the 400-, 800- and 3,000-meter runs in track... recipient of scholar-athlete award as well as 100 Percent Award and Coaches Award.
