returning to the Golden Flyers in 2014, Wittmaack missed all of the 2013 lacrosse season as well as the field hockey season in the fall after suffering a serious knee injury that required reconstructive surgery... Wittmaack competed in eight games in 2012.
Scholastic: a graduate of Cortland High School, Wittmaack excelled in field hockey and lacrosse there... served as team captain for both sports and earned honorable mention Onondaga League all-star honors three times... recipient of Coaches Award for field hockey and Unsung Hero Award for lacrosse.... helped lacrosse team to three straight divisional titles and was named to the National Academic Squad by the National Field Hockey Coaches Association.
