Nazareth College Athletics

Childhood Psychology minor… daughter of Karen Russo, Illion, NY … returns for her second season with the team after playing in 35 games and starting in 34... finished the season with the team's highest batting average of .392 and a .440 average in conference games... led Nazareth with 24 runs, 2 triples, 21 runs batted in, 10-for-12 in stolen base attempts and a school-record of 16 doubles... second on the team with 4 home runs... had a season high of 3 doubles against Keuka on 4/28/24... had 108 putouts with a season high of 10 against Geneseo on 4/18/24... earned Empire 8 All-Conference Third Team Selection at the catcher position... represented the Golden Flyers on the Empire 8 Conference Presidents' List for student athletes with GPAs of 3.75 and above in the 2023-24 spring semester. 

Scholastic: graduate of Central Valley Academy where she played Field Hockey, Volleyball and Softball … played for the Utica Lady Comets and Rhode Island Thunder travel softball teams … named the Panarits Cup winner as the top female athlete at Central Valley … three-time MVP for both Softball and Field Hockey … Tri-Valley All-Star three years for all three sports and a All-State selection for Field Hockey (2022) and Softball (2023) … also plays for the Nazareth Field Hockey team.
