Communication Sciences and Disorders major... daughter of James and Elizabeth Ruoff, Vestal, N.Y... returning for her third season, Ruoff started 32 games at third base for the Golden Flyers in 2019 and batted .298 (25-for-84) with five doubles, one home run and 12 runs batted in... went 2-for-2 with a career-best five RBIs, including a two-run homer, against Brockport on 4/10/19... had three hits each against Curry (3/10/19) and against Martin Luther (3/11/19).

2018: Ruoff started 25 games at third base for the Golden Flyers in 2018 and batted .224 (17-for-76) with three doubles and eight runs batted in... went 3-for-4 with two RBIs against Southern Vermont on 3/12/18 and went 3-for-3 against Crown on 3/13/18... had two other two-hit games.

Scholastic: a graduate of Vestal High School, Ruoff played field hockey and softball there... earned Section Four Metro Division all-star honors in softball and helped team reach the sectional finals in 2016 and 2017... helped field hockey team to a pair of sectional titles and back-to-back state tournament appearances... played for the STPS Ponies club team.
