Business Management major… born 6/30/96… son of Jim and Lori Bittker, Rochester, N.Y… returning for his fourth season, Bittker played in 29 matches and 92 sets for the Golden Flyers in 2017 and ranked third on the team with 193 kills (2.10 per set)... also had 87 digs and 34 blocks... reached double digits in kills in eight matches, including a career-best 18 kills in a five-set win at Ramapo on 3/5/17... named to the United Volleyball Conference All-Academic team (3.30 GPA or higher).

2016: Bittker played in 23 matches and 50 sets in 2016… had 61 kills and a .191 hitting percentage with 25 digs… had a season-best 12 kills with three service aces in a three-set sweep of Hilbert on 2/5/16.

2015: Bittker appeared in 25 matches and 64 sets as a freshman … registered 87 kills, 40 digs, 13 blocks, seven service aces and four blocks … notched a season-high 11 kills against New Paltz on 3/7/15… recorded a season-high seven digs against Vassar on 1/24/15.

Scholastic: a graduate of Penfield High School, Bittker was a member of the varsity volleyball team for three seasons… in 2013, Bittker was an all-Greater Rochester selection by the Democrat and Chronicle and earned Monroe County first-team honors and Section Five all-tournament team accolades…  was also a team captain and named team MVP… Bittker averaged more than five kills per set for Penfield in 2013, and he amassed 33 kills in a match against Fairport… named MVP of Eden’s Pan-Am Invitational … recipient of the Presidential Scholarship at Nazareth and an honor roll student.
