Global Business and Leadership major... son of Kevin and Amy Sargent, Chesapeake, Va... returning for a fifth post-graduate season, Sargent played in 11 matches and 44 sets for the Golden Flyers in 2021... finished second on the team with 133 kills (3.02 per set) to go with seven aces, 38 digs and 23 blocks... had eight matches with double-digit kill totals, topping out at 17 three times... selected as a second-team United Volleyball Conference all-star and chosen UVC Player of the Week for 3/8/21... represented the Golden Flyers on the UVC All-Academic team for student-athletes with GPAs of 3.30 and above.

2020: Sargent played in 21 matches and 75 sets for the Golden Flyers in 2020 and led the team with 263 kills (3.51 per set) to go with 12 service aces, 97 digs and 22 blocks... reached double digits in kills 13 times, including a career-high of 21 in a four-set win at Keuka on 2/19/20... had 20 kills vs. UC Santa Cruz on 2/8/20 and 19 vs. Elizabethtown on 2/22/20.

2019: returning for his third season wth the Golden Flyers, Sargent played in all 26 matches and 85 sets overall in 2019... finished second on the team with 194 kills with a .170 hitting percentage... also had 25 aces, 82 digs and 25 blocks... produced double digit kills totals nine times with a season-high of 15 in a four-set win over Wells on 1/26/19... had 12 digs against Juniata on 2/1/19.

2018: Sargent played in 26 matches and 71 sets in 2018... had 162 kills and 62 digs... produced double digit kill totals seven times with a season-best of 16 against NYU on 3/30/18... also had 14 kills in a four-set win at MIT on 2/10/18.

Scholastic: a graduate of Western Branch High School in Virginia, Sargent played four seasons of volleyball there... named first-team all-state as well as Virginia High School League Player of the Year as an outside hitter in 2017... named second-team all-state and first-team all-conference in 2016... also played for the Coastal Volleyball Club.
