Son of Michael and Janna Puglisi of Charlton, NY... returning for his third track and field season after competing frequently for the Golden Flyers in the 2023-24 seasons... earned a PR in the 300 with a time of 35.85 seconds at home in the first meet of the season... earned a PR in the 200 with a time of 22.57 at Brockport in January... at the Empire 8 Indoor Championship meet, Puglisi placed 1st in the 400 with a time of 50.73 seconds and 3rd in the 200 with a time of 22.79... at the AARTFC Indoor Championship meet, Puglisi took 4th in the 400 with a time of 49.91... earned a PR in the 400 with a time of 49.31 seconds at Rochester in April... at the Empire 8 Outdoor Championship meet, Puglisi took the title in the 400 with a time of 49.40 seconds... Empire 8 First-Team in the 400... Empire 8 First-Team Indoor in the 400... Empire 8 Third-Team Indoor in the 200.

2022-23: Puglisi excelled as a sprinter for the Golden Flyers in 2023… helped Nazareth capture its first-ever Empire 8 Conference Outdoor Championship by finishing first in the 4 x 400-meter relay (3:23.33) and third in the 400-meter dash (:50.58)… represented the Golden Flyers at the All-Atlantic Regional meet at Susquehanna and finished seventh in the 4 x 400 relay (3:21.90)… also helped Nazareth to its first-ever E8 indoor title by also winning the 4 x 400-meter relay (3:25.18)… ran a personal-best 200-meter dash time of :22.84 to finish second… added a time of :51.16 in the 400-meter dash to finish third… personal-best 400 time of :50.41 came at the Valentine Invite at Boston University.

Scholastic: a graduate of Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake High School, Puglisi was a four-year member of the track and field team, participating in the 100, 200, and 400-meters... helped team capture Section Two outdoor title in 2019… played running back in football and helped team to sectional title in 2021… member of National Honor Society, Math Honor Society and Science Honor Society.
