Nazareth College Athletics

Political Science major... son of Tracy Reimann, Mahopac, N.Y... returning for his third track and field season, Reimann competed in both the indoor and outdoor season for Nazareth... turned in two second place performances at the Empire 8 Outdoor Championships, in the 5,000 (15:29.16) and 10,000 (32:28.03) to earn second-team all-conference... finished fifth in the 5,000 (15:54.50) at the Empire 8 Indoor Championships and was seventh in the 3,000 (9:16.66)... personal-best times of 4:12.34 (1,500-meter run), a school record 32:04.14 in the 10,000-meter run... 15:28.34 (5,000-meter run), 4:43.97 (mile), and 9:04.66 (3,000-meter run)... turned in a third place finish at the Empire 8 Cross Country Championships, earning first-team all-conference, with an 8k time of 25:50.2 to help Nazareth win its third-straight conference title... top times of 25:31.7 (8k) and 16:09.9 (5k). 

2020-21: Reimann competed for the Golden Flyers' indoor and outdoor teams in 2021 and top times included 16:00.36 in the 5,000, 4:18.59 in the 1,500 outdoors and 4:45.24 in the mile indoors... ran well for the Golden Flyers' cross country team in the fall of 2021, finishing ninth (26:38.0 for 8k) at the Empire 8 Conference meet as Nazareth won its second straight team title... named second-team all-conference... finished 57th at the NCAA Niagara Regional race at Geneseo (27:02.9)... also excelled for the Golden Flyers' cross country team during their pandemic-shortened spring season in 2021 with a fourth-place finish at the Empire 8 meet at Houghton on 4/9/21... 6-kilometer time of 19:28.2 earned him first-team all-conference honors... also finished fifth at St. John Fisher's Rodenbeck Invitational (20:45.0)... represented the Golden Flyers on the E8 Presidents' List for student-athletes with GPAs of 3.75 and above.

Scholastic: a graduate of Somers High School, Reimann was a member of the cross country and track and field teams... a two-time Westchester County League all-star in cross country and 2019 all-league performer in track and field... finished 21st at Section One Class B meet for cross country in 2019... helped track team to league titles in 2018 and 2019... recipient of Mary Ball Distinguished Athlete Award and Somers Tusker Booster Club Award... earned several civic awards and scholarships, including Somers Lions Club Community Service Scholarship, Somers Faculty Association Award and Knights of Columbus Award... an Eagle Scout Award winner.
