Biography
Son of Charlie and Lori Britschge, Jamesville, N.Y… competing in his second track and field season, Britschge competed in nine competitions for the Golden Flyers in his first seasons... at the Empire 8 Indoor Championship meet, Britschge placed 12th in the 5000 with a time of 16:52.08 and 17th in the 3000 with a time of 9:37.30... in his freshman debut, Britschge competed in five events including the 800 (PR 2:10.76), the 1500 (PR 4:27.07), the mile (PR 4:47.74), the 3000 (PR 9:35.70), and the 5000 (PR 16:46.98)... earned President's list honors for academic excellence in the fall 2023 semester.
XC 2023: Britschge competed for the Golden Flyers’ cross country team in the fall of 2023 and finished 38th at the Empire 8 Conference meet in Victor with a time of 28:08.1 for 8 kilometers… top 8k time of 27:54.7 came at the Mike Woods Invitational at Geneseo.
Scholastic: a graduate of Fabius-Pompey High School, Britschge competed for the cross country and track and field teams… helped cross country team to Section Three titles in 2021 and 2022 and indoor track team to 2022 title… was a member of winning 4 x 800 relay… recipient of the Tully Rotary scholarship and the Linda Skeele Memorial scholarship…
