Competed frequently in both the indoor and outdoor seasons
Earned a PR in the mile with a time of 4:53.19 at the first meet of the season
At the Empire 8 Indoor Championship meet, he placed 2nd as part of the 4x400 and distance medley relays with respective times of 3:28.67 and 10:45.07, as well as placing 4th in the 800 with a time of 1:59.47
At the AARTFC Indoor Championship meet, he placed 8th as part of the distance medley relay with a time of 10:27.79
Earned a PR in the 400 with a time of 51.39 at Geneseo in March... at the Empire 8 Outdoor Championship meet, McAllister swept with first place finishes in the 800 with a PR time of 1:56.47, the 4x400 with a time of 3:22.75, and the 4x800 with a time of 7:59.53
At the AARTFC Outdoor Championship meet, he placed 9th in the 4x800 with a time of 8:04.32, and 15th in the 400 with a time of 3:23.99
Empire 8 First-Team in the 4x400 and 4x800 relays
Ran in four cross country events as a sophomore including the Empire 8 Championships where he clocked a career-best 8K time of 28:28.0

2022-23 // FRESHMAN

Earned second-team all-conference honors in the 800-meter run to help Nazareth claim the 2023 E8 Conference outdoor title with a personal-best time of 1:58.22
Also ran on the winning 4 x 400-meter relay team (3:23.33) and on the third-place 4 x 800-meter relay team (8:17.80)
Helped the Golden Flyers to the E8 Indoor title with a first-place finish in the 4 x 400-meter relay (3:25.18), third-place finish in the 800-meter run (1:59.07) and eighth-place finish in the 400-meter dash (:51.95)
Ran on the cross country team in 2022
Finished 52nd and the Empire 8 Cross Country Championships with an 8k time of 30:09.8
Top times of 17:58.5 (5k), 22:34.7 (6k), and 29:30.9 (8k)
