Biography
Music Education major... son of Rocco and Carol Polino, East Amherst, N.Y... returning for his fourth track and field season, Polino was among the top performers for the indoor and outdoor track teams in 2010-11... placed ninth in the decathlon at the NYSCTC Outdoor Championships with a school-record 5,022 points...also set outdoor marks in the long jump (20 feet, 1 inch); triple jump (41 feet, 9 1/2 inches) and the pole vault (9 feet, 1 inch)... placed eighth in the pentathlon at the NYSCTC Indoor Championships... finished ninth in both the triple jump and 400-meter dash at the Empire 8 Indoor meet... finished seventh in the 400-meter hurdles (:59.77) at the E8 Outdoor meet... competed for the Golden Flyers' cross country team for four seasons and finished 57th at the E8 Conference meet in 2011...
Scholastic: a graduate of Clarence High School, Polino was a four-year member of the cross country and track teams there.
