Nazareth College Athletics

Music Business major... son of James and Bethani McCauslin, Albany, N.Y... returning for his fifth track and field season, McCauslin continued to excel as a hurdler for the Golden Flyers in 2023… helped Nazareth to its first-ever Empire 8 Conference titles – both indoors and outdoors… finished second in the 110-meter hurdles (:15.39) at the E8 outdoor meet… also placed fourth in both the 400-meter hurdles (:58.31) and the 4 x 100-meter relay (:43.58)… represented the Golden Flyers at the All-Atlantic Regional meet at Susquehanna and had a time of :15.27 in the 110-meter hurdles… indoor season included fourth-place finish in the 60-meter hurdles (8.80) at the E8 Championship meet.

2021-22: McCauslin had strong performances both indoor and outdoor for 2021-22, including winning the 60-meter hurdles (8.50) at the Empire 8 Indoor Championships to earn first-team all-conference... he was also third-team in the 60-meter dash (7.18)... at the Empire 8 Outdoor Championships he earned second-team all-conference in the 110 hurdles (15.01) with a second place finish... he finished seventh in the 100-meter dash (11.34) and was on the 4 x 100-meter relay (44.20) that finished in fourth place.
 
2020-21: McCauslin was among the Golden Flyers' top performers during the indoor and outdoor seasons in 2021... had a personal-best time of 8.29 to win the Empire 8 Conference indoor title in the 60-meter hurdles... also captured the E8 title in the 60-meter dash with a personal-best of 7.13... had several personal-bests during the outdoor season, including 14.95 in the 110-meter hurdles, 11.26 in the 100-meter dash and 23.00 in the 200-meter dash... twice honored as E8 Track Athlete of the Week during the outdoor season -- for 4/5/21 and 4/26/21.

2019-20: McCauslin was among the top performers for the Golden Flyers' indoor team in 2020 as he placed third in both the 60-meter dash (7.25) and the 60-meter hurdles (8.48) at the Empire 8 Conference meet in February... also ran :23.91 in the 200-meter dash.

Scholastic: a graduate of Colonie Central, McCauslin competed on the varsity track and field team for two seasons...excelled in the hurdles and sprints.
