Finished fourth in the 10K at the Empire 8 Outdoor Championships with a time of 32:58.21
Earned first-place finishes in the 10K at both the Geneseo Early Season Invitational and the 2025 Coach P Invite
Recorded a personal-best 32:35.37 in the 10K at the 2025 Coach P Invite
Ran in all seven cross country meets for the Golden Flyers
Posted three personal bests in the 5K, 6K and 8K
Placed 62nd at NCAA Division III Niagara Region Cross Country Championships with an 8K time of 27:15.8
Ran a career-best 26:33.5 8K at the Empire 8 Cross Country Championships
Notched back-to-back personal bests in the Hamilton Short Course 5K (16:38.4) and at the Fisher-Rodenbeck Invite 6K (20:51.0)

2022-23 // FRESHMAN

Competed in both the indoor and outdoor seasons in 2023
Indoor season included a personal-best time of 4:48.94 in the mile and an eighth-place finish in the 5,000-meter run (16:35.74) at the Empire 8 Conference meet as Nazareth won its first-ever team title
Outdoor season featured a personal-best time of 16:34.48 in the 5,000-meter run at the Brockport Invitational
Ran cross country for the Golden Flyers in the fall of 2022 and helped Nazareth to the Empire 8 Conference title by placing 35th at the championship meet at Houghton (28:16.5)

Graduate of Whitesboro High School
Competed in cross country and track and field
Ran distance events as well as the 3,000m steeplechase during the track season
Won Tri-Valley League title in the 3,200-meter run as well as the 4 x 800-meter relay
Member of National Honor Society and a fixture on the high honor roll
