Nazareth College Athletics

Son of Jeffrey and Heather Lewis, Oswego, N.Y... returning for his fourth track and field season after competing frequently for the Golden Flyers in the 23-24 seasons... at the Empire 8 Indoor Championship meet, Lewis placed 2nd in the 4x400 relay with a time of 3:28.67, 4th in the 200 with a time of 22.83 seconds, and 5th in the 60 and 400 with respective times of 7.25 (PR) and 51.48 seconds... at the AARTFC Indoor Championship meet, Lewis placed 8th in the distance medley relay with a time of 10:27.79 and 21st in the 4x200 relay with a time of 1:33.86... at the Empire 8 Outdoor Championship meet, Lewis placed 2nd in the 4x100 relay with a time of 43.01 seconds, 4th in the 200 with a time of 22.93 seconds, and 9th in the 400 with a time of 50.74 seconds... holds Nazareth 4x100 record at 43.17 seconds... Empire 8 Second-Team in the 4x100 relay... Empire 8 Second-Team Indoor in the 4x400 relay.

2022-23: Lewis was a key participant in Nazareth’s Empire 8 Conference championships during the indoor and outdoor seasons… was part of the 4 x 400-meter winning relay (3:23.33) during the outdoor meet and finished fourth in the 200- and 400-meter dashes (:22.75 and :50.71)… had a time of :51.10 to win the 400-meter title indoors… also part of the winning 4 x 400-meter relay (3:25.18).

2021-22: Lewis ran regularly for the Golden Flyers during the 2022 indoor and outdoor seasons… earned first-team E8 all-conference in the 400-meter run (50.07) and was on the 4 x 400-meter relay (3:25.59) that each won at the Empire 8 Outdoor Championships... placed sixth in the 200 (23.46)... at the Empire 8 Indoor Championships, was part of the 4 x 400-meter relay that took third place (3:32.70) to earn third-team all-conference.. was second in the 400 (51.57)... was Empire 8's Rookie of the Year

Scholastic: a graduate of Oswego High School, Lewis competed in soccer, cross country and track and field there... competed as a sprinter on the track team and captured Section Three titles in 2021 in the 400-meter dash and the 4 x 400-meter relay... also won sectional indoor title in the 300-meter dash in 2020 and competed in the state meet... recipient of scholar-athlete award as well as Leonard Douglas Memorial Scholarship.
