Biography
History Education major... born 06/01/95... son of John and Jennifer Haack, Corning, N.Y... returning for his fourth season, Haack was the recipient of the team's Purple and Gold Award for the second year in a row for 2015-16 as he exemplified exceptional team spirit and enthusiasm... competed at the UNYS/Empire 8 Conference meet and had times of 2:15.86 in the 200 butterfly and 18:50.34 in the 1,650 freestyle... was Nazareth's representative as Empire 8 Sportsman of the Year.
2014-15: Haack was the recipient of the team's Purple and Gold Award for 2014-15, representing exceptional team spirit and enthusiasm... finished 40th in the 500-yard freestyle (5:12.17) at the UNYS/Empire 8 Conference meet at Webster Aquatic Center.
2013-14: Haack represented Nazareth at the UNYSCSA/Empire 8 Conference meet at Ithaca and finished 28th in the 1,650-yard freestyle (18:44.41)... also 42nd in the 100 butterfly (:59.88).
Scholastic: a graduate of Corning West High School, Haack competed in swimming, tennis, cross country and golf... served as captain of the swimming and tennis teams... helped swim team to Southern Tier Athletic Conference title in 2010-11... recipient of scholar-athlete award.
