Biography
Mathematics minor … Son of Doug and Gigi Meinecke... returning for his third season with the team after appearing in 25 games in the 2023-24 season... contributed three assists and 17 blocks as a sophomore forward... Meinecke also earned President's List honors for both the fall 2023 and spring 2024 semesters.
2022-23: played in 27 games and contributed eight assists … recorded his first career point with an assist against Amherst (1/3) … had a streak of five games with one assist in each from Wilkes (2/4) to Alvernia (2/22) ... named to the UCHC All-Academic team.
Scholastic: a graduate of Phillips Academy Andover where he played hockey... also played for Team Maryland... won a junior hockey championship with the Boston Junior Rangers in the EHL in 2021.
