History major with concentration in Inclusive Education. . . born 11/17/89... son of Brian and Wendy Connolly, Stratham, N.H... twin brother of Liam Connolly... returning to the Golden Flyers for his second season, Connolly started in goal for all 19 of the Golden Flyers’ games in 2010 and finished the season with a 10-7-2 record with four shutouts... recorded a shutout in his first game as a Golden Flyer, against Brockport (9/4/10) and also had shutout wins over Oswego (9/10/10), Ithaca (9/25/10), and Elmira (10/23/10)... recorded 104 saves and allowed 25 goals for a save percentage of .806 and goals-against average of 1.29... tallied a season-high 10 saves against Stevens in Nazareth’s 1-0 loss in the conference championship match (11/7/10) and had nine saves in a 1-1 tie against Rochester (9/21/10)...
Scholastic: Connolly transferred to Nazareth after playing two seasons at York College in Pennsylvania where he saw action in 12 games over two seasons and made five saves... a graduate of Exeter High School in New Hampshire, Connolly played three seasons as the starting soccer goalkeeper there... earned second-team all-state honors in 2006 as team captured the state championship... named first-team all-state in 2007.
