Physical Therapy major... daughter of Dave and Debbie Rizzari, Rochester, N.Y... team captain... returning for her fourth season, Rizzari enjoyed a strong 2018 season as the Golden Flyers' starting goalie... ranked fifth nationally with a .564 save percentage to go with 189 saves and a 9.96 goals-against average... named Goalie of the Year in the Empire 8 as well as first-team all-Empire Region by the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association... also named to the All-Academic Squad by the IWLCA and named to the Empire 8 all-tournament team... twice named E8 Goalie of the Week for 3/12/18 and for 4/9/18... had 10 games with double digit save totals, including a career-high of 20 in a loss to Messiah on 3/14/18... also had 19 in Nazareth's first-ever win over Cortland on 3/26/18.

2017: Rizzari was a fixture in goal for the Golden Flyers in 2017 as she started all 17 games and had a 10.00 goals-against average and a .443 save percentage with 146 saves... had a season-best 13 saves in a 13-10 win over Rochester on 3/21/17... reached double digits in saves in four other games, including 12 in a 14-9 win at Utica on 4/26/17... twice honored as Empire 8 Goalie of the Week -- for 3/19 and 4/30... named as an honorable mention selection to the Empire 8 Conference all-star team.

2016: Rizzari played in 14 games as a freshman, including making 11 starts … went 7-4 on the year … finished with a 8.87 goals against average and a .500 save percentage … made 93 saves in 629:09 minutes of play … recorded double digit saves in four games, including a season-high 14 saves against Utica on 4/20/16 … earned second-team Empire 8 Conference all-star honors.
 
Scholastic: a graduate of Greece Arcadia High School, Rizzari played basketball, volleyball and lacrosse there and served as a team captain in all sports...  played four seasons of varsity lacrosse as a goalie and was named team MVP as a senior in 2015 and Defensive Player of the Year in 2013 and 2014... named as an Academic All-American in 2015 by U.S. Lacrosse... a finalist for Greece Athlete of the Year in '15... twice earned second-team Monroe County League all-star honors in volleyball... recipient of Nazareth Presidential Scholarship and Gary Adler Volleyball Scholarship.
