Marketing minor ... daughter of Jim and Kate Monfort, Ontario, N.Y... returning for her fourth season, Monfort started all 19 games in 2023, finishing with an 8-5-6 record.... Monfort put together her best save percentage season at .879 and lowest goals against average at .91 in 1683:19 of action... registered nine shutouts to push her career total to 26... named the Empire 8 Goalkeeper of the Year for the second time... held Sage (semifinals) and St. John Fisher (finals) scoreless in the Empire 8 Championships... registered a career-high 13 saves in a 2-1 win over Wheaton (IL) on 9/9/23...  Four-time Empire 8 Defensive Player of the Week (10/2, 10/9, 10/16, 11/6) earned prestigious Academic All-District by College Sports Communicators (CSC) for the second straight year, a recognition for the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom... represented the Golden Flyers on the Empire 8 Conference Presidents' List for student-athletes with GPAs of 3.75 and above in both the fall and spring semesters.

2022: Monfort started all 20 games for the Golden Flyers in 2022, allowing 18 goals and finishing with an 8-5-7 record... registered eight shutouts on the year and had a .854 save percentage in 1721:39 of action... registered a season-high 12 saves in a 0-0 tie against Utica on 10/8/22... Earned two shutouts in the Empire 8 tournament, with six saves against Sage in the semifinals on 11/3/22 (2-0 win) and four saves in the championship against Utica (1-0 win) on 11/5/22... earned second team all-conference after allowing just four goals in nearly 770 minutes of lea play with a .468 goals against average... earned prestigious Academic All-District by College Sports Communicators (CSC), a recognition for the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom... represented the Golden Flyers on the Empire 8 Conference Presidents' List for student-athletes with GPAs of 3.75 and above in both the fall and spring semesters... Dean's List... Holowaka Scholarship recipient. 
  

2021: Monfort enjoyed a spectacular first season for the Golden Flyers in 2021 as she appeared in 19 games, including 18 as the team's starting goalkeeper... amassed 108 saves for a 0.96 goals-against average with nine shutouts... had a career-best 18 saves against William Smith on 10/6/21 and 10 saves against St. John Fisher in a 3-0 win in the Empire 8 Conference Championship game... made a diving save on a penalty kick against Hartwick in a 3-0 playoff win over the Hawks in the E8 Tournament semis... one of four Nazareth players named to the E8 All-Tournament team, joining Lauren Begy, Sarah Merriwether and tournament MVP Mallory Ott... named as a first-team E8 Conference all-star as well as the league's Goalkeeper of the Year... twice honored as E8 Defensive Player of the Week for 10/4/21 and 10/11/21... represented the Golden Flyers on the Empire 8 Presidents' List (3.75 GPA or better) for both the fall and spring semesters.

Scholastic: a graduate of Webster Thomas High School, Monfort competed in soccer and basketball there... played three seasons of varsity soccer as a goalkeeper and was a three-time Monroe County League all-star and fourth-team all-state selection in 2019... also team MVP and two-time All-Greater Rochester selection by the Democrat and Chronicle... recipient of New York State Scholarship for academic excellence.
