Ryan Caufield joined the Nazareth Rugby coaching staff as a volunteer assistant coach for the 2024 season.
Caufield joins the staff with extensive Rugby experience both on the pitch and as a coach. Since 2021 Caufield has been coaching at his alma mater McQuaid Jesuit High School. In 2024, he led his team to a 3rd place finish in the Men's Tier 1 NYS Tournament.
Caufield graduated in 2013 from Xavier University with a Bachelor of Science degree from the College of Social Sciences, Health, and Education. He competed on the Rugby team for all four seasons and was ranked top 25 in the Division II Rugby Conference.
