Nazareth College Athletics

Son of Dave and Ann O'Brian, Swampscott, Mass... returning for his third season, O'Brian started all 19 games as a junior at midfield... led the Golden Flyers with 25 caused turnovers... finished sixth on the team with 40 ground balls.. also had three goals and one assist... named Second Team All-Empire 8... named to the Empire 8 Presidents' List (3.75 GPA or higher) for the fall 2024 semester.

2023: played regularly for the Golden Flyers in 2023 as a long-stick midfielder... played in 18 games and scored twice, scooped up 35 ground balls and caused 14 turnovers... scored in Nazareth's 11-10 win at Brockport on 3/22/23 and in the season finale at St. John Fisher on 5/6/23... named to the Empire 8 all-tournament team... named to the Empire 8 Presidents' List (3.75 GPA or higher) for the spring 2023 semester.

2022: O'Brian appeared in 17 games as a long stick midfielder, making 12 starts... registered 20 ground balls and eight caused turnovers... had four games notching three ground balls... also added a goal and an assist. 

Scholastic: a 2021 graduate of St. John's Prep School in Massachusetts, O'Brian excelled there in hockey and lacrosse... helped hockey team to Catholic Conference championships in 2019 and 2021 and lacrosse team to Massachusetts D1 title in 2021... recipient of lacrosse Coaches Award for 2018... played for the Golden Flyers' hockey team in 2021-22.
