Business Leadership major... son of Sal and Maria Ingrassia, Garden City, N.Y... returning for his fourth season, Ingrassia played in six games for the Golden Flyers in 2023 and contributed nine goals and two assists... had a career-best six points (5g, 1a) in a 30-0 romp over Medaille on 4/12/23... added two goals vs. Russell Sage on 4/14/23.
2022: Ingrassia appeared in six games as a sophomore, recording six goals and four assists... recorded a career-high three goals and added three assists against Keuka on 4/20/22.
2021: Ingrassia appeared in two games for the Golden Flyers in 2021 and recorded an assist in Nazareth's win over Keuka on 3/27/21.
Scholastic: a graduate of Garden City High School, Ingrassia competed in football and lacrosse there... played three seasons of varsity lacrosse as an attackman and helped team to Nassau County, Long Island and New York state titles in Class B in 2018... helped football team to Long Island championship in 2018.
