Business Management major... son of Ed and Dawn Laffey, Whitchurch-Stouffville, Ontario, Canada... returning for his fourth season, Laffey appeared in all 17 games in 2022, making three starts... registered 13 ground balls and five caused turnovers... had three ground balls against Utica on 4/30/22. 

2021: Laffey played in two games for the Golden Flyers in 2021 as a long-stick defender.

Scholastic: a 2019 graduate of St. Andrew's College in Aurora, Ontario, Laffey has been a member of the hockey, lacrosse (both box and field) and cross country teams... served as lacrosse team captain and named to all-star team in 2019 at the All-Canada Games... twice helped lacrosse and U-16 hockey teams to championship game in the Conference of Independent Schools Athletic Association... recipient of Ontario Scholar Award as well as Errington Award for distinguished contributions at St. Andrew's... also won Tilston Award for persistence and tenacity and Army Cadet Service Medal.
