Business Administration major… son of Scott and Mary Cummings, Elmira, N.Y. . . returning for his fourth season, Cummings played in all 18 games for the Golden Flyers in 2009 and contributed 22 points on 17 goals and five assists. . . had a career-best three goals in a 10-9 loss to Western New England 3/21/09. . . matched that with three goals against Utica 4/1/09. . . scored twice against St. John Fisher in a 9-4 win in the Empire 8 Conference championship game 5/3/09. . . 2008: after undergoing shoulder surgery, Cummings appeared in four games for the Golden Flyers and contributed two goals and one assist. . . scored in wins over Elmira (3/15/08) and Western New England (3/20/08). . . 2007: appeared in eight games and recorded three goals and one assist. . . scored his first career goal in season-opening win over Gordon (2/24/07). . . also scored in wins over Elmira (3/31/07) and Keuka (4/17/07). . . 2006: appeared in seven games and had two ground balls. . . Scholastic: a graduate of Elmira Notre Dame, Cummings played four years of varsity lacrosse for Coach Steve Hoffman… a two-year team captain, Cummings was a two-time first team Section Four all-star and was a second team all-star during his sophomore year… named team MVP inh '04 and '05… finished his career with 203 points on 159 goals and 44 assists.
