Nazareth College Athletics

Son of Clay and Cathy Ralston, Fairport, N.Y... returning for his third season, Ralston started all 19 games between the pipes for the Golden Flyers... named the Empire 8 Goalie of the Year and First Team All-Empire 8... finished the year with a 12-7 record... finished the year with a 10.94 goals against average and .535 save percentage... in six conference games, finished with a 9.68 save percentage (second in E8) and .529 save percentage (4th)... named to Empire 8 Presidents' List (3.75 GPA or higher) for the fall 2024 semester.

2023: played in five games as a goalie for the Golden Flyers in 2023... totaled 11 saves, including five in a home-field win over Russell Sage on 4/15/23... named to Empire 8 Presidents' List (3.75 GPA or higher) for both the fall and spring semesters.

Scholastic: a graduate of Fairport High School, Ralston competed in hockey and lacrosse there... earned numerous accolades in three seasons as a goalie in lacrosse and helped team to back-to-back Section Five titles in 2021 and 2022... a two-time Monroe County League all-star, including a first-team honoree in 2021... named to Section Five Class A all-tournament team in 2022 and competed in the USLacrosse senior all-star game... also competed for the 3D Upstate club team.
