Accounting major… born 6/5/91… son of Robert and Tama Gladnick, Warminster, Pa… returning for his second season, Gladnick played in 11 games for the Golden Flyers in 2012-13 and had a record of 2-8-1 with 315 saves, a 3.62 goals-against average and a .900 save percentage… had a career-best 48 saves in a 2-0 loss to Elmira on 2/1/13… gained his first career win with a 33-save effort in 4-3 victory over Cortland on 1/8/13… also was in goal for the Golden Flyers’ first ECAC West win and had 33 saves in a 6-4 victory over Manhattanville on 1/25/13… represented the Golden Flyers on the ECAC West all-rookie team.
Before Nazareth: a 2009 graduate of Walpole High in Massachusetts, Gladnick spent the 2011-12 season with the Jamestown Ironmen of the North American Hockey League… appeared in 21 games and made 641 saves for a 3.41 goals-against average and a .905 save percentage… played two seasons for the Port Colborne Pirates of the Greater Ontario Junior Hockey League and won 26 games with a 4.22 goals-against average and a .889 save percentage… nominated for Player of the Year award in 2011 and for Most Improved Player award in 2010.
