Business Administration major. . . born 4/3/89. . . son of Tom and Diane Dacey, Fairport, N.Y. . . returning for his second season at Nazareth, Dacey posted an average score of 89.83 through six rounds in 2009-10. . . posted his season-best round of 82 and tied for 21st place at the Glenmura National Collegiate Championship. . .
Scholastic: Dacey transferred to Nazareth from Florida Gulf Coast University. . . a graduate of Fairport High School, Dacey was a two-year member of the varsity golf team and a four-year member of the varsity cross country and indoor track and field teams. . . a two-time Monroe County League all-star in golf. . . received several accolades as a member of the cross country, including: a three-time member of the Monroe County all-star team and named to the all-Section Five third team, was team captain as a senior and received the Coach’s and Most Promising Rookie awards. . . as a sophomore, Dacey also won his age group in the Firecracker Five Mile Road Race. . . additionally, he helped his team to the Class AA sectional championship and the Monroe County championship in 2006. . . as a member of the track team, Dacey helped his relay team to the 4 x 800-meter sectional championship as an alternate during his junior season and finished third as a member of the 4 x 800-meter relay in the Meet of Champions during his senior season. . . additionally named the 2007 indoor track scholar athlete winner and was a six-time scholar athlete.
