Business Administration major. . . born 7/14/89. . . son of Zoltan and Lorraine Bèdy, Syracuse, N.Y. . . returning for his second season with the Golden Flyers, Bèdy had a strong first season as he was named to the Division III PING Mid-Atlantic All-Region team and earned first-team Empire 8 Conference all-star honors. . . Bèdy recorded a scoring average of 78.00 through 16 rounds. . . finished second at the Mid-Atlantic Invitational and tied for third place at the Empire 8 Invitational. . . posted a season-best round at the ECAC Division III Metro/Upstate Championship where he recorded a two-under par 70 in the second round. . . finished fourth in the E8 Conference Tournament with a four-round total of 310, including an opening-round 74. . . 
Scholastic: Bèdy transferred to Nazareth from North Carolina Wesleyan College where he competed on the golf team for one season and won the Don Scalf Invitational (3/29/08). . . a graduate of Heritage Academy in Hilton Head, South Carolina, Bèdy also played golf at Christian Brothers Academy in Syracuse and joined the International Junior Golf Academy during 2006-07. . . received academic recognition on the President’s List when he attended North Carolina Wesleyan.
