Biography
Physical Therapy major ... born 3/30/99 ... son of Dale and Lisa Nower, Rochester, N.Y... returning for his second cross country season, Nower competed regularly for the Golden Flyers in 2017 and had a top 8-kilometer time of 28:25.3 at the NCAA Atlantic Regional meet at Houghton on 11/11/17... finished in 42nd place at the Empire 8 Conference meet (31:02.1)... competed for the Golden Flyers' indoor and outdoor track and field teams and ran 2:10.03 for 800 meters and 4:24.53 for 1,500 meters
Scholastic: a graduate of Newark High School, Nower competed on the cross country team as well as the indoor and outdoor track and field squads for four years there... helped team to Finger Lakes corss country titles in 2014, 2015 and 2016... a four-time Finger Lakes League all-star... won Section Five Class C indoor title in the 4 x 800-meter relay in 2017.
