Nazareth College Athletics

Business Management major... born 08/01/95… son of Lee and Amy Lannon, Newark, N.Y… returning for his fourth season of cross country, Lannon notched a career-best time of 30:10.3 in an 8k race at the Geneseo's Mike Woods Invitational in 2015... placed 83rd at the Empire 8 Conference meet (31:09.2)... recorded best 6k time at the Flower City Opener where he clocked a 22:54.1.

2014: Lannon placed 85th at the Empire 8 Conference meet at Saratoga in 2014 with an 8-kilometer time of 32:18.7... best 2013 time for 8k was 30:10.4 at the Harry F. Anderson Invitational at Roberts Wesleyan.

Track and Field: A member of both the indoor and outdoor teams in 2016 … ran a personal-best mile time of 5:03.04 during the indoor season at the Houghton Highlander Invitational … clocked a career-best 17:41.58 at the Empire 8 Indoor Championships in the 5000 to take 23rd place... ran a career-best 4:34.44 in the 1500 meters at the Greyhound Invitational during the outdoor season. 

2015: Lannon competed both indoors and outdoors for the Golden Flyers in 2015… top times came indoors with a 10:20.16 for 3,000 meters and 18:31.65 for 5,000 meters.

2014: Lannon had top indoor times of 5:06.27 in the mile, 10:27.21 in the 3,000-meter run and 17:54.12 in the 5,000-meter run and top outdoor time of 4:43.14 in the 1,500-meter run.

Scholastic: a graduate of Newark High School, Lannon competed in cross country and track there… earned first-team all-star honors in the Wayne-Finger Lakes League for both sports… won league title in the 4 x 800-meter relay in 2012 and a Section Five Class B title in the 4 x 400-meter relay… earned scholar-athlete recognition and was the recipient of Wegmans Scholarship and Chemistry Achievement Award.
