Nazareth College Athletics

Nursing major... son of Ken and Janet Williams, Auburn, N.Y... returning for his third cross country season, Williams helped Nazareth to its second straight Empire 8 Conference cross country title in the fall of 2021 by placing 11th at the conference meet... personal-best 8k time of 26:45.6 was good for second-team all-conference honors... competed for the indoor and outdoor track and field teams in 2022 and placed sixth in the 800-meter run (2:02.71) at the E8 Outdoor meet... ran a personal-best of 2:00.06 in the 800 at Nazareth's ROC City Qualifier on 5/15/22... other personal-bests included 4:11.26 for 1,500 meters outdoors and 4:41.68 for the mile indoors.

2020-21: Williams helped Nazareth to its first-ever Empire 8 title in the spring by placing 17th (20:20.0 for 6k) at the E8 meet at Houghton on 4/9/21... earned second-team all-conference honors and finished 15th at Fisher's Rodenbeck Invitational (21:42.0) on 3/26/21... top track and field times included 2:05.19 in the 800 and 4:23.94 in the 1,500 during the outdoor season.

Scholastic: a graduate of Jordan-Elbridge High School, Williams competed in cross country and track and field... finished 22nd at Section Three Class C race for cross country in 2019... for indoor track, competed on sectional winner in 4 x 800-meter relay in 2020.
