Nazareth College Athletics

Political Science major... son of Richard and Tara Chase, Ashville, N.Y... returning for his third season of cross country, Chase finished 40th for the Golden Flyers at the 2018 Empire 8 Conference meet at Alfred with an 8-kilometer time of 30:22.5... competed during the indoor track and field season, but missed the outdoor season due to injury.

2017-18: Chase ran regularly for the Golden Flyers in 2017 and placed 18th at the Empire 8 Conference meet with an 8-kilometer time of 28:53.9... earned second-team E8 all-star honors... posted career-best 8-kilometer time of 27:30.1 at the NCAA Atlantic Regional meet at Houghton on 11/11/17... ran for the Golden Flyers' indoor and outdoor track and field teams and had top times of 2:05.24 for 800 meters, 4:27.39 for 1,500 meters and 10:29.74 for 3,000 meters.
 
Scholastic: a graduate of Panama Centrall, Chase ran cross country and track there... twice earned first-team all-star honors In the Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Athletic Association... also a two-time second-team all-county selection... recipient of Panama alumni award.
