2018: L'Hommedieu started all 19 games for the Golden Flyers in 2018 and scored three goals... scored the go-ahead goal in a 3-2 win at Houghton on 9/1518... also scored in victories over Wells (10/2/18) and Utica (10/27/18)... named to the National Academic Squad by the National Field Hockey Coaches Association for GPA of 3.30 or above... also named to the Empire 8 President's List for student-athletes with a 3.75 GPA or higher.

2017: L’Hommedieu played 18 games as a freshman, including making 15 starts … notched two goals and one assist on the year … scored first career goal and added an assist against Wells on 9/6/17 … credited with two game-winning goals … recorded 11 shots … named to the NFHCA Division III National Academic Squad (3.30 GPA or higher for semester)... named to the Empire 8 Presidents' List for student-athletes with GPAs of 3.75 and above.
  
Scholastic: a graduate of Columbus Academy, L'Hommedieu played three years of varsity field hockey there... won field hockey state championship in 2013 and state runner-up in 2014... won league championship in 2016... also played varsity lacrosse, winning state championship in 2014... Presidential Scholarship recipient.
