History major with concentration in Inclusive Education… born 5/12/91… daughter of Dave and Darlene O’Hara, Camden, N.Y… returning for her fourth season, O’Hara had another strong season for the Golden Flyers in 2011 as she started 18 of 19 games and finished second on the team in scoring with 20 points on seven goals, six assists… earned first-team Empire 8 Conference all-star honors… a second-team selection to the STX/NFHCA North Atlantic Region team… had one goal and one assist each in wins over Elmira (09/24/11) and Morrisville (11/02/11)… also scored against Oswego (09/10/11), St. Lawrence (10/02/11), Washington & Jefferson (10/15/11), St. John Fisher (10/22/11) and Hartwick (10/29/11)… had two assists in a 4-3 loss to Ithaca on 09/17/11…

2010: O’Hara was the Golden Flyers' leading scorer as she started all 17 games and had 19 points on six goals and seven assists… started the season with two assists against William Smith, then scored two goals against Houghton (9/22/10) and one goal apiece against Ithaca (9/25/10), Brockport (9/28/10), Elmira (10/30/10) and Morrisville (11/3/10)… earned second-team Empire 8 Conference all-star honors… named E8 Player of the Week for period ending 9/26/10...

2009: had an immediate impact as she started all 16 games and finished second on the team in scoring… tallied 13 points with five goals, three assists. . . scored her first career goal in first career game against William Smith (9/5/09)…also scored against Ohio Wesleyan (9/6/09), Houghton (9/22/09), Brockport (9/29/09) and Utica (10/4/09) … named to the National Academic Squad by the National Field Hockey Coaches Association…

Scholastic: a graduate of Camden High School, O’Hara was a member of the field hockey, basketball, and golf teams for two seasons apiece…earned all-state, Section Three, and Tri-Valley league all-star honors during her senior season in field hockey… received Coach’s Award and finished as the second highest scorer in the league with 18 goals and five assists… as a junior, O’Hara earned Tri-Valley League honorable mention accolades and received the New York State Final Four Sportsmanship Award…helped team to the 2008 Tri-Valley League championship…in 2007, O’Hara helped team to the Section Three Class B co-championship… scored the winning goal to help her team claim the Regional championship and advanced to the state semifinals… competed in the 2008 Empire State Games…as a member of the golf team, O’Hara received Tri-Valley League Honorable mention honors…also a member of National Honor Society.
