Nazareth College Athletics

Studio Art major... returning for her second track and field season, Rainville competed for the track and field teams in the spring of 2021 and finished sixth in the 10,000-meter run (41:17.12) and 10th in the 5,000-meter run (19:59.72) at the Empire 8 meet at Fisher on 5/7-8/21... other top times were 2:40.08 for 800 meters and 5:25.23 for 1,500 meters outdoors... ran 11:58.61 for 3,000 meters and 6:03.60 for the mile indoors... ran for the Golden Flyers' cross country team in the fall of 2021 and finished 17th at the Empire 8 Conference meet at Washington County Fairgrounds (24:22.9 for 6k) and made third-team all-conference... also placed 82nd at the NCAA Niagara Regional race at Geneseo (26:15.2)... had a personal-best 6k time of 24:09.0 at the Paul Short Run at Lehigh on 10/1/21... helped Nazareth to a runner-up finish at the E8 Conference meet at Houghton on 4/9/21... finished 12th individually with a 5k time of 20:27.1 to gain second-team all-conference honors... also finished 13th at St. John Fisher's Rodenbeck Invitational with a 4k time of 17:18.5.

2019-20: a transfer to Nazareth from Castleton University in Vermont, Rainville competed there in cross country and indoor track... posted top indoor times of 6:05.80 in the mile and 20:27.54 in the 5,000-meter run... finished 23rd at the Little East Conference championships in cross country in 2019 with a 5-kilometer time of 20:33.0.

Scholastic: a 2019 graduate of Burlington High School, Rainville was a member of the cross country and track teams.
