Nazareth College Athletics

Nursing major... son of Ken and Janet Williams, Auburn, N.Y... returning for his fourth track and field season, Williams completed his fourth cross country season for the Golden Flyers in the fall o 2023… finished 22nd at the Empire 8 Conference meet at Parkview Fairways in Victor with an 8-kilometer time of 26:58.7.

2022-23: Williams competed for the Golden Flyers both indoors and outdoors and helped Nazareth to their first-ever Empire 8 Conference titles in each… excelled during the indoor season in the Distance Medley Relay as Nazareth finished first at the E8 meet (10:49.64)… also posted personal-best times in the mile (4:39.21) and the 3,000-meter run (9:22.97).

2021-22: Williams competed in the indoor and outdoor seasons in 2021-22... finished with a time of 4:41.68 in the mile at the Empire 8 Indoor Championships to earn seventh place... sixth in the 800-meter run (2:03.65)... took sixth in the Empire 8 Outdoor Championships in the 800-meter run (2:00.06)... top times of 2:00.06 in the 800-meter run, 4:11.25 in the 1,500... helped the men's cross country team win its third straight Empire 8 title, taking 18th place over the 8k course (27:04.3) at Houghton to earn third-team all-conference... turned in a top time of 16:38.4 over 5k at the Hamilton College Short Course. 

2020-21: Williams competed during the indoor and outdoor seasons in 2021 and top times included 2:05.19 in the 800 and 4:23.94 in the 1,500 during the outdoor season... helped Nazareth to its second straight Empire 8 Conference cross country title in the fall of 2021 by placing 11th at the conference meet... personal-best time of 26:45.6 was good for second-team all-conference honors... Williams also ran well in the spring of 2021 in cross country as Nazareth won the E8 title... finished in 17th place at the E8 meet at Houghton (20:20.0 for 6k) on 4/9/21... earned second-team all-conference honors and finished 15th at Fisher's Rodenbeck Invitational (21:42.0) on 3/26/21

Scholastic: a graduate of Jordan-Elbridge High School, Williams competed in cross country and track and field... finished 22nd at Section Three Class C race for cross country in 2019... for indoor track, competed on sectional winner in 4 x 800-meter relay in 2020.
