Nazareth College Athletics

Biomedical Sciences major... son of Kevin Mark and Denise Salvatore, Howell, N.J... returning for his fourth season, Salvatore swam well for the Golden Flyers during the pandemic-shortened 2021 spring season as he helped Nazareth to a second-place finish at the Rochester Invitational... finished first in the 400 IM (4:14.40) and second in the 200 IM (1:59.16) and second in the 200 breaststroke (2:10.34)... recipient of team's Most Improved Swimmer Award.

2019-20: Salvatore swam regularly in 2019-20 and helped the Golden Flyers secure their first-ever Empire 8 Conference title... finished fourth in the 400 IM (4:18.17) at the Allegheny Empire Conference meet at Webster Aquatic Center... also placed seventh in the 200 breaststroke (2:14.59) and eighth in the 200 IM (2:00.94)... also competed on 800 free relay team that finished 11th in 7:13.63... also 12th in both the 200 medley (1:39.59) and 400 medley (3:37.01) relays.

2018-19: Salvatore swam well for the Golden Flyers at the Empire 8 Conference meet by finishing seventh in both the 400 IM (4:20.45) and the 1,650 freestyle (17:07.62)... also finished 12th in the 500 freestyle (4:55.53).

Scholastic: a graduate of Howell High School, Salvatore excelled there in swimming for four seasons, earning team MVP honors in 2016-17 and setting school records in the 200 freestyle, the 200 medley relay and the 200 free relay... a two-time Eastern Sectional qualifier... won meet championships in the 200 free and 200 medley relays for the New Jersey State Intercollegiate Athletic Association... swam for the Atlantic club team.
