Nazareth College Athletics

Communication and Media major... daughter of Russ and Julie Miller-Johnson, Essex Junction, Vt... returning for her fourth season, appeared in 24 games and finished with three goals and five assists for eight points ... had two assists in the 11-0 win over Neumann and had three assists in the 7-1 victory over King's.

2020-21: Miller-Johnson played in eight games during the pandemic-shortened 2021 season and had one goal and one assist... scored in a 5-3 UCHC playoff win at Utica on 4/1/21.

2019-20: Miller-Johnson played in 20 games for the Golden Flyers in 2019-20 and contributed two goals and eight assists... had three points on one goal and two assists at Wilkes on 11/15/19 and added two assists the next day at King's and was honored as United Collegiate Hockey Conference Rookie of the Week for 11/17/19... also scored in an 8-1 win at Chatham on 1/18/20... had three minor penalties for six minutes... named to UCHC's All-Academic team for players with GPAs of 3.20 and higher.

Scholastic: a graduate of Essex High School, Miller-Johnson competed in hockey, lacrosse and cross country there... earned an array of hockey accolades, including Vermont's Miss Hockey 2019 by the Burlington Free Press... named first-team all-state three times... totaled 124 points, including 73 goals over four seasons... named Essex's Outstanding Female Athlete for 2019... helped team to state championships in 2016 and 2019... also played for the Vermont Shamrocks club team... recipient of Nazareth Presidential Scholarship.
