Speech Pathology major. . . born 9/1/89...son of Marty and Denyea Castle, Skaneateles, N.Y. . .  returning for his fourth season, Castle enjoyed a strong 2010 season for the Golden Flyers as the team's top scoring midfielder with 36 points on 25 goals, 11 assists...had a career-best six points (3 goals, 3 assists) in season-opening win over Springfield on 2/28/10 ...also had three goals, one assist vs. Western New England on 3/20/10 and three goals at Elmira on 4/3/10...earned honorable mention All-American honors from the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association and first-team Empire 8 Conference all-star honors. . .
2009: appeared in all 18 games and delivered 33 points on 20 goals and 13 assists...earned honorable mention All-American honors from the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association and first-team Empire 8 Conference all-star honors. . . had four points on two goals and two assists in an 11-6 win at Hartwick 4/4/09. . . scored the game-winning goal 50 seconds into overtime in Nazareth's 9-8 season-opening win at Springfield 3/1/09. . .
2008: played in all 16 games and contributed four goals and four assists. . . had three-point games against Springfield in Nazareth's season opener (3/2/08) and at Keuka (4/22/08). . . 
Scholastic: a graduate of Skaneateles High School, Castle played two seasons of varsity lacrosse. . .  Castle received second-team Onondaga League all-star   honors as a junior and first-team all-league honors as a senior. . . was among the league's top scorers with 27 goals and 21 assists. . . helped team to league titles in 2006 and 2007. . . also served as team captain of the basketball team on which he started at point guard for two seasons. . . also competed in soccer. . . recipient of Skaneateles High Workhorse Award for 2007.
