Biography
Business Management major... son of Tom and Sue Kelley, Pittsford, N.Y... returning for his third season, Costa was the Golden Flyers' top player in 2019-20 as he produced a scoring average of 79.0 for six rounds... finished in a tie for third place at the Empire 8 Conference Tournament Oct. 5-6 at Seven Oaks Country after rounds of 74 and 81... earned first-team all-conference honors after rounds three and four for the spring were canceled.
2018-19: Costa was the Golden Flyers' top player in 2018-19 with a scoring average of 81.2 for 17 rounds... finished fourth individually at the Empire 8 Conference Tournament, which included a season-best score of 72 at Timber Banks Country Club on 9/16/18... earned first-team E8 all-star honors and E8 Rookie of the Year.
Scholastic: a graduate of Brighton High School, Costa was captain of the golf team there... an honorable mention selection to the All-Greater Rochester team in 2018.
