Biography
Physical Therapy major... daughter of Anthony and Christine Glaser, Huntington, N.Y... returning for her third cross country season and her fourth season of track and field, Glaser continued to improve and became one of Nazareth's top runners. . . Glaser provisionally qualified for the NCAA Championship meet last spring after she finished first in the 800-meter run at the NYSCTC Championships in 2:14.99. . . broke the indoor school record in the 800-meter run at Harvard with a time of 2:18.76. . . placed seventh and third respectively in the 800-meter run at the ECAC Championships during the indoor and outdoor track seasons in addition to claiming first place in the event at a number of meets during the seasons. . .
2006-07: Glaser placed fourth and broke the school record in the 400-meter sprint (1:02.07), finished second and broke the school record in the 500-meter sprint (1:21.13), and placed second in the 800-meter run (2:20.82) at the NYSCTC Championships and received second-team all-conference honors…a member of the school-record 4x200-meter, 4x400-meter, and distance medley relays during the indoor season…received second-team all-conference honors in the 4x400 and distance medley relays and was recognized as Nazareth’s track and field sportswomen of the year…broke the school record in the 800-meter run (2:18.63) and was a member of the school-record 4x400-meter and 4x800-meter relays during the outdoor season. . .
2005-06: earned team MVP honors during the indoor season after setting a school record in the 500-meter run with a seventh-place finish at the ECAC Championships at Ursinus. . .
Scholastic: a graduate of Huntington High School, Glaser was a member of the soccer and track teams there... earned league and county all-star honors in both sports as well as all-county academic honors.
