Nazareth College Athletics

Physical Therapy major... son of Tom and Shawn Healy, Latham, N.Y... returning for his fifth track and field season, Healy was a key contributor on both the indoor and outdoor teams in 2021-22... earned first-team all-conference at the Empire 8 Indoor Championships in the Distance Medley Relay as Nazareth took first place in 11:00.48... also earned third-team all-conference in both the 800-meter run (2:02.62) and 4 x 400-meter relay (3:32.70) with third place finishes... earned a pair of first-team all-conference selections at the Empire 8 Outdoor Championships with victories in the 4 x 400-meter relay (3:25.59) and the 4 x 800-meter relay (8:08.40)... also was third-team all-conference with a third place finish in the 800-meter run (2:01.32)... personal-best times of 4:21.73 (1,500), 2:00.90 (800), and 53.73 (400)... competed on the cross country team in 2022, taking 37th at the Empire 8 Championships (28:17.4)... top times in 8k (28:17.4), 6k (21:51.8), and 5k (17:31.2).  

2020-21: Healy competed during the indoor and outdoor track and field season in 2021 and ran on the 4 x 800-meter relay team that placed fourth (8:05.83) at the All-Atlantic Regional meet at St. John Fisher on 5/20/21... also ran :55.29 in the 400-meter run and 4:36.75 in the 1,500-meter run during the outdoor season... competed for the Golden Flyers' cross country team during the fall of 2021 and finished 47th at the Empire 8 Conference meet with an 8k time of 29:29.1... competed during the makeshift 2021 cross country season and finished 47th overall with a 6-kilometer time of 23:58.8 at the Empire 8 Conference meet at Houghton on 4/9/21 and ... represented the Golden Flyers on the E8 Presidents' List for student-athletes with GPAs of 3.75 and above.

2019-20: Healy competed indoors in 2020 and finished 16th in the 800-meter run (2:08.48) at the Empire 8 Conference meet... represented the Golden Flyers as a member of the E8 Presidents' List for student-athletes with a GPA of 3.75 or higher... ran in two cross country races in 2019.

2018-19: Healy finished 64th at the Empire 8 Conference cross country meet at Alfred in 2018 with an 8k time of 36:25.5... top time of 31:26 came at the Harry F. Anderson Invitational at Roberts Wesleyan... represented the Golden Flyers as the Empire 8 Sportsman of the Year... also named to the E8 President's List for student-athlete with GPAs of 3.75 and above... competed for the Golden Flyers during the indoor and outdoor track and field seasons and ran 2:02.22 in the 800-meter run during the indoor season and 4:37.95 in the 500-meter run during the outdoor season.

Scholastic: a graduate of Shaker High School, Healy competed in cross country and track there... recipient of Marc Strizzi Award for dedication and teamwork... recipient of Nazareth Presidential Scholarship.
